Raising brand and culture awareness for Edwards Vacuum

Meet the people and learn about the culture at Edwards Vacuum in these talking head videos. Our video production team went behind the scenes of the office and warehouse floor to capture as many insights and personalities as possible.

The brief  

Edwards Vacuum, part of Atlas Copco, are one of the largest employers in the Clevedon area of Somerset, competing for talent with the likes of Rolls-Royce, Airbus and Boeing. They pride themselves on their sustainability accomplishments and ongoing activities as well as their apprenticeship scheme, diverse workforce, and wellbeing standards. But how do you get all this across in a job advert when you’re trying to attract talent from across the country?

This is where our team stepped in.  

The solution

We organised a full day of filming at Edwards’ Clevedon site. We wrote talking points for each department to cover, set up in multiple locations, then hit the record button. Once we’d captured everyone on film, our footage was edited for use on the Edwards website and social media channels, pairing faces with names and showing the personalities of people working in various departments and roles at Edwards.  

The results

The final outputs underwent meticulous post-production and editing to ensure the highest quality. Full approval was received, and Edwards Vacuum used this video content for brand promotion on their social media channels. Edwards have since been back in touch, and more videos of this nature are now in the pipeline to celebrate their new factory opening later this year.
