Our sister consultancy Transform Communications was inundated with digital marketing requests to supplement their award-winning content and PR campaigns. The solution? Transform Digital.  We’re a creative, driven group of individuals who love nothing better than a blank slate. As a people-focused digital marketing consultancy, we want to know you as well as we know each other.

Daniel O’Connor  

Co-founder

It wasn’t long after Dan started at Transform Communications that he saw the potential to launch a sister company in the digital space. And the rest, as they say, is history.  Dan applied his extensive experience in growing and scaling organisations – running his own company and scaling a technology business for a multi-million sale to Zoopla – to Transform. His business acumen helps develop our clients’ goals and ambitions, while his singing ensures the office is never dull. Unless, that is, he’s on a riverbank in his downtime.  If you can’t find Dan meeting with clients, at a conference or exhibition, flying drones or in the office, he’ll be catching, landing and releasing fish back into the wild. Dan is also a Director of Action Net Zero.

Veronica Hannon  

Co-founder

Ronnie brings decades of marketing and PR experience to the digital sphere. She’s used to working with executives at the highest business levels, in national and international organisations – and they all cherish her personal touch. Since 2006, Ronnie has run our sister company, Transform Communications. As well as hosting webinars and workshops for business leaders on marketing and thought leadership, she has appeared on local and regional radio stations and spoken to schools and universities. A member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Ronnie was named one of Wiltshire’s most inspirational women for 2022 by The Business Exchange and is also a Director of Action Net Zero.

Nick Crosby

Senior multimedia designer

A multi-talented designer, Nick works across photography and video production, branding, website design and build – and anything else our clients require! He’s experienced in articulating organisations’ values and ambitions through branding, imagery and photography. Not to mention designing and building websites that are functional, navigable, and beautiful. Nick honed his skills in rapidly evolving and trend-heavy spaces, including the music industry and hospitality. He’s a passionate foodie with an eye for design – and an ear for music. When he’s not at his computer or wielding the Transform BBQ tongs, you’ll most probably find him chasing his two spaniels around a field.

Georgine Tucker

Senior Graphic Designer

Georgine is an exceptional graphic designer with extensive experience in both print and digital design. Having worked across advertising, magazine editorial and events, she has cultivated a love of storytelling through beautiful design. A large part of George’s career was spent at media powerhouse Future plc, where she worked on brands including Marie Claire and Gamesradar+, as well as client events with Microsoft, Lego, and the NYC Department of Education. She brings to Transform a wide array of design skills and a fantastic talent for creating vivid brand narratives. Not to mention the world’s best vegan brownies. When she’s not working, George will be doodling away or getting lost on a long walk.

Haris Alexandrou

Senior Account Manager

One of our sayings is ‘Be more Haris’. That’s all you need to know about him. Cool, calm and collected, he works closely with clients to really understand what makes them tick. His breadth of knowledge ensures that your digital marketing solutions are fruitful and insightful. Having grown up in the UK and Cyprus, and then started his career in the warmer of the two countries, he has cultivated a wealth of experience in digital marketing. With extensive agency experience, working for global brands across Europe and beyond, Haris brings his superb knowledge of Google Ads, social media and email marketing to the Transform Digital team. Not to mention his ‘How on earth did you do that?’ LinkedIn wizardry. Haris is certified with the Digital Marketing Institute and is our resident SEO and Paid Social Media expert.

Ed is an ambitious and driven digital marketing apprentice at Transform Digital, and has a passion for all things online. He is an avid podcast listener and is always seeking fresh perspectives on a range of topics. Ed loves an engaging and innovative work environment that fosters personal development. He is excited to work in the rapidly evolving industry of digital marketing, utilising his strengths to remain relevant and stay of use to others. With a love for staying social outside of Transform, he enjoys online gaming with friends or meeting up for some food or a kickabout.

LUKE BRICHARD-PARSONS

Digital marketing apprentice

Luke is our fast-learning digital marketing apprentice, absorbing reels of information with a focus on graphic design and video. He lends a helping hand to the team where needed, from website performance analytics to social media copy, and is gathering as much experience as possible to become the best digital marketer he can. Luke loves music and spends most of his spare time either writing his own, with his bandmates and as a solo artist, or listening to an array of genres. He also enjoys exploring the countryside, which makes Transform’s location a perfect match!

LAURA SHUTTLEWORTH

OFFICE MANAGER

As Office Manager, Laura keeps the office running like clockwork. With many years of administrative experience, Laura is friendly, efficient and organised. If you have a question, she will probably know the answer! Outside of work, you can find her spending time with family and friends, taking her son to Legoland, and enjoying life's culinary pleasures. Which often include a glass of wine!
